    Admission Webpages Edit Request

    Use this form to request changes to Admission Requirements Webpage.

    Process for edits:
    1. Provide webpage url
    2. Copy/Paste section to be edited (if applicable)
    3. Provide brief description of the edit
    4. Submit this form
    5. Request will be reviewed by the College of Graduate Studies, Provost and/or Registrar, if necessary
    6. Once approved, the request will be routed to the proper Web Team Member who will make the change
    7. You will be notified by email once the request is completed
