Next Steps:

1. Complete and submit your NursingCAS application.
2. Shortly after you submit the CAS application, you will receive an email from the UToledo application (graduateonlineapplication@utoledo.edu) system. Wait until you receive the email.
3. You will be prompted to create an account for UToledo.
4. In that account, you will have access to your Application Status Page.
5. On the Application Status Page, there will be a link to the Student Conduct Questions. This is where you will want to complete and submit the questions.
